An electrostatic dissipative PC-based compound was prepared using hollow graphite nanotubes. The compound was reprocessed and formulations were prepared with varying percentages of regrind. The formulations were then injection molded and electrical testing was performed on each formulation to determine retention of electrical properties when compared to the original control sample. In addition, the control sample was injection molded in a commercially active mold and compared with a carbon fiber-based PC compound for surface quality using a field emission scanning electron microscope.
