Power factor correction using interleaving technique for critical mode switching converters

A new interleaving technique for critical mode switching converters (CMSCs) is proposed. The interleaving technique may be applied to the converters whose switching frequency is variable like GMSCs. This paper describes the interleaving techniqueand its operation A power factor correction converter composed of two interleaved boost converters is presented.
