摘要

The idea of linking the Radial Distribution Function analysis and the Rietveld method in studies on amorphous materials is the subject of this paper. The results of Radial Distribution Functions: radii of coordination spheres and coordination numbers lead to the creation of a structure model and the preparation the Rietveld refinement input file. In order to examine the adaptability of the described methodology the amorphous Cu-Cd and Cu-Ti alloys were tested.
