A Relational Database Design Tool Modeling both Structural and Behavioral Aspects of Database Applications

We present a conceptual model that can model both the structural and behavioral aspects of database applications. Transformation from that model into the relational model is also described. We also implement a relational database design tool based on our conceptual model. The design tool not only can be used to draw conceptual schemas but also can translate conceptual schemas into SQL statements and C programs.
