Non-symmetrical double-sided slot waveguide and fin-dielectric lines (FDL) as a basis element of three-dimensional integrated circuits of microwave and EHF

Mathematic models of generalized double-slot waveguide and fin-dielectric line are presented. Some problems of the utilization of these structures for 3D-IC devices are discussed.
