摘要

Carbon molecular sieve (CMS) membranes are able to separate gases of small difference in molecular sizes. To provide mechanical strength for uses under the conditions of large transmembrane pressure, and to attain high gas permeance, CMS membranes are preferred to be prepared in composite configurations using inorganic supports. This paper will report synthesis and properties of novel carbon molecular sieve/ceramic composite membranes with strong molecular sieving effect.
