摘要

The methods to eliminate alcohol interference for oxide semiconductor CO gas sensor was explored.Ethanol,which often causes false alarm in domestic applciatiosn,was chosen as the interfereing gas against CO.Zeolite,#gamma#-alumina,silica-alumina,Nafion are tested for the filtering materials.Nafion was found to be the most effeictive.The ethanol interference was almost removed without sensitivity change to CO gas.The effective concentration range of this method covers a range in pactical use.This property was improved by the treatment to form the Naffion into complete H-type before measurement.The elimination capability is correlated with the acidities of the filtering materials.
