摘要

The sensing properties of zinc antimonate anhydride (ZnSb_2O_6) thick film sensor have been investigated for detecifng dilute H_2S.The film was preapred by dip-coating into sol solution sollowed by calcination at 900 deg in air.The 0.78 #um#m thick film prepared from twoce diluted sol solution exhibited the excellent sensing properties to dilute H_2S.The film could detect H_2S as dilute as 0.01 ppm,which was lower than teh threshold concentration of human nose.The film consisted of large grains (60-100 nm) contacted with each other and open pores (100-150 nm) which formed the well-developed channel in the whole film.This is responsible for the excellent sensing properties.
