Early and Recent Research on Aluminum in Japan

摘要

In order to introduce the situation of research on aluminum in Japan, I would like to talk on some subjects from the early years of research on aluminum in this country and also to refer to some recent researches. I will also note the activities of the two Japanese organizations and some others, which have been contributing greatly to the promotion of R&D of aluminum materials in academic circles.
