THe paper's aim is to evaluate the impact of an urban urban motorway infrastructure on the city of Genoa, its shape and its socio-eonomic system, focusing on the prject of its demolition and the contextual, supposed, implementation of an undersea tunnel across the historical harbour docks of the city [1].
