摘要

Coating process of magnetic paints on a running film is studied. It is desired that the free surface of coated paints is as flat as possible. However, a meniscus pattern appears occasionally on free surface of coated fluid. Fuzzy Optimization and Genetic Algorithm are hybridized to optimize the shape of the apparatus. The fictitious domain method is applied to solve free surface flow problem arising in the optimization problem mentioned above.
