This paper presents thermal fluid-structure coupling algorithms and its application to the wall structure of regeneratively cooled combustion chambers. In this analysis the finite element method is used for the simulation of the fluid flow in acooling channel and the thermal field of the structure. The quality of the numerical fluid flow simulation is validated by means of experimental confirmed analytical results of the main engine 'Vulcain' of the European rocket 'ARIANE V'. The usefulness of the coupled thermal analysis is presented.
