Development of multifunctional light weight castable

摘要

A multifunctional light weight refractory castablewas developed, which contains ceramisite aggregate, powderedcoal floating particle, silica fume and additive. This castable ahssmall bulk density (density <1400Kg/m~3 after dried at 110degCfor 24hrs) and high strength (cold crushing strength >30Mpa afterdried at 110degC for 24hrs), low thermal conductivity (0.5W/m.kafter fired at 350degC) and excellent alkali resistance. Therelations between property parameters (bulk density, strength,thermal conductivity, permanent linear change) of light weightrefractory castables were discussed.
