Development of multifunctional light weight castable

摘要

A multifunctional light weight refractory castable was developed, which contains ceramisite aggregate, powdered coal floating particle, silica fume and additive. This castable has small bulk density (density <1400Kg/m~3 after dried at 110 deg C for 24hrs) and high strength (cold crushing strength >30Mpa after dried at 110deg C for 24hrs), low thermal conductivity ( 0.5 W/m.K after fired at 350 deg C ) and excellent alkali resistance. The relations between property parameters (bulk density, strength, thermal conductivity, permanent linear change) of light weight refractory castables were discussed.
