摘要

The free induction fluorescence from Frenkel excitons, following after excitation by a resonant ultrashort pulse, in one-dimensional systems with substitutional traps is studied numerically. We compare the nearest-neigbor approach with that accounting for the long-range interactions and find a non-perturbative contribution of far neighbors to the free induction decay. It appears that the main effect results from a non-perturbative renormalization of the optically active part of the exciton energy spectrum close to the bottom of the band.
