摘要

Flows of water in a centrifugal pump impeller with large blade discharge angle and small wrap angle are measured by using two-dimensional laser Doppler velocimeter systematically and accurately in the best efficiency and part-loading points,respectively.the results hsow that the wake cna be found near shroud/suction corner and the jet does not exist near blade pressure side.The wake will be enlarged as pump operation point varying from the best efficiency point to the part-loading one.The flow construction in the impeller does not conform the well-known jet/wake flow model.The distribution of specific absolute energy of fluid particle is not uniform against the impeller width,an the fluid with low specific absolute energy is located at the hub/suction corner.
