Development of small-flow high-head high-speed centrifugal pump

摘要

The methods of Structure design and hydraulic dsign of high-speed centrifugal pumps for handling small-flow high-head liquids are described takign GAB-6/480x2 pump whose process parameters are capacity Q = 3.7m~3/h and head H=480m as an example.Variable-pitch inducer and ocmplex impeller are used in structure,and the flowing-increasing design and optimum hydraulic design are carried out in theory.the hydraulic tests and application in Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co.LTD show that the structure and hydraulic design proposed are reasonable and practical.
