EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON BIOOXIDATION AND THIOUREA LEACHING OF GOLD FLOTATION CONCENTRATE

摘要

The study on bio-oxidation and thiourea leaching of gold flotation concentrate from Zhenyuan Gold Mine in Yunnan Province of China has been conducted. Reap leaching is simulated at laboratory under 1:1 liquid to solid ratio in pulp without air supply and agitation. For samples oxidized for 14 days and 30 days by using bacteria Strain II, leaching rates of 85.16 percent and 96.80 percent are achieved respectively.
