Laser-guided direct writing (LGDW) technology has shown its tremendous significance in new approaches of material processing. We introduce the enabling method to rapid forming technologies and present a new 2-D patterning or 3-D structuring depositing forming process based on that. According to the intensity distribution of the Gauss beam, we obtained a model for the potential field of a focusing laser beam' s optical forces. Then a single suspending mesoscale particle's motion can be predicted, and we got the limiting velocity expression of the particles. Also frequency of the output stream was calculated. The dot-discrete data of the structures we used was described as 3D digital images. So we scheduled the controlling sequential signals according to the working clock frequency determined by splitting the output frequency in transportation. In this way, an overall view was given about the depositing forming system of the process.
