LTV Steel Celeveland's Direct Hot Charge Complex (DHCC) consists of two 200 tonne Basic Oxygen Furnaces (BOF's), a Robotics Chem Lab, two Ladle Metallurgy Facilities (LMF's) a twin strand slab caster and an 80" hot strip mill. The DHCC supplies customers requiring high quality flat rolled, tinplate and tubular steel products. The goal of the DHCC has always been to produce a high quality steel at the lowest possible cost.
