Achieving even line balancing of teh wire harness assembly process through computer application

摘要

The systgem described in this papre simulates the line balancing of wire harness assembly, which is a very manual process. By quantifying the skill levels and difficulty of operation which can cause the standard assemebly time of this process to vary, the simulated line balance can improve productivity by 20 percent.
