Prepared discussion of: Complete Reuse of Wastewater from a Refinery/Petrochemical Plant

This paper describes water utilization considerations that went into the design of a new refinery/chemical complex in India. It documents a unique opportunity to consider various recycling scenarios before a complex is built, as opposed to the more typical case in an existing plant where contemporary conditions mandate that plans be developed to comply with inherent limitations.
