Innovative New Products and Applications for the Analysis of Power Waters Using Ion Chromatography

The use of newly available products allows power plants the ability to discriminate and identify individual corrosive and non-corrosive ions at sub-parts-per-billion levels with ion chromatography. This, in turn, will help reduce operating costs through identifying and eliminating sources of corrosive ingress, optimizing and extending the lifetime of demineralizer resins, measuring hide-out return, and maintaining mass balances.
