The Deformation Monitoring of High Buildings in Xi'an City

摘要

The paper introduces the ground fissure and subsidence and their influence on the high buildings in Xi'an city. The authors have observed and researched on the deformation of high buildings in Xi'an for many years. They summarized the regularity of change of ground subsidence and analyzed the reasons of deformation of high buildings. And the technical principles and data processing methods for surveying the deformation of high buildings are presented. In addition, the protection and remedial measures for the buildings are also suggested.
