Full-floatation flow sheet is adopted to beneficiate wolframite and scheelite minerals in Shizhuyuan mine, but the reagent cost of this flow sheet is high, adaptability is bad and tungsten recovery is low. Now, a new magnetic-flotation process flow sheet for wolframite and scheelite minerals beneficiation is developed, which can solve the problems well. High gradient magnetic separation is used firstly to separate wolframite and scheelite. The mineral composition of ore slurry after separation is simple, so the influence factors are reduced when wolframite and scheelite floated separately, while the process flow sheet is relatively steady and credible. And the adaptability of the flow sheet to ore is strong, which can not be influenced by the ratio variety of wolframite and sheelite minerals. Beneficiation index of the flow sheet is steady and the product quality is high, with tungsten recovery up to 80 per cent.
