摘要

This thesis deals with physical metallurgy process of AgMeO contact material under the action of arc. The heat - force action on contact during the arc-electrode interaction can be divided into four stages: heating, phase transformation, flow and solidification. The thermophysical performance, size, density of metal oxide, wettability and bond strength between MeO and Ag have influence on these processes. On the basis of analysis on physical metallurgy, the optimization principle of design and preparation of AgMeO is given out.
