摘要

This study provides a comparison between the theory and the experiment of a microwave composite puck resonator consisting of a dielectric resonator in a middle of two dielectric mirrors sandwiched between two thin films of superconductor. Such comparisons are helpful not only to design ultrahigh-Q resonators but also in considering the theories of multilayers of dielectric pucks and of thin films of high-temperature superconductor (HTS).
