With the development of modern wide-scope industries, the utilization's of various electrical and electronic instruments increase sharply( For example, a large number of electromotors, management computers, monitoring computers and corresponding various peripheral equipment, diversified electrionic test apparatuses as well as automatic control and communication devices). The concerns regarding the electric safety and signal interference among these equipments become intensified. There are many methods to eliminate the signal interference and deal with the electric safety problems. I hereby discuss only the concept of "earth connection"
