摘要

In view of studying the crossheading double universal joint, this article establishes the position equations of the mechanism in matrix method and analyzes the influence of each error on mechanism displacement by mathematical operations. Conclusions are as following: 1. Length parameter errors mainly result in the anxial movement of the members; 2. Angle parameter errors mainly result in the angular displacement deviations between the members; 3. Each error has different influence on mechanism movement. It is easy to differentiate the primacy and the subordination of problems at a glance by table analysis. So it provides the theoretical basis for working out the reasonable tolerance criterion, improving the quality of manufacture and installation, and using couplings properly.
