The case for dark matter in the form of Jupiter mass primordial black holes is reviewed. It includes evidence for microlensing in quasar light curves, changes in quasar emission line strengths, and the analysis of variability in Seyfert galaxies. New evidence from gravitational^ lensed duoble quasars is presented which suggests a large population of dark lensing galaxies. Microlensing in a new quasar system supports the idea that dark matter is in the form of planetary mass primordial black holes.
