We describe a sensitive technique for quantitative analysis of tt-emitters in NaI(T!) scintillators, using digital sampling of the photomultiplier pulses. We report measurements on several crystals of the uranium and thorium series and the extent to which they are in equilibrium. We discuss progress in attempts to remove actinides from Nal feedstock.
