This report has introduced the new technique developed into production stage using the break down mill and H-shapes of constant outer dimension using the universal mill in size-free rolling techniques of H-shapes by the company in the last 10 years. These techniques which were once regarded as illusion in shape rolling field can be said the results of technical development covering many years of endeavor in the rolling techniques and equipment. In order to attain more flexible manufacturing methods in future, further development of shape steel products of higher accuracy and functions is considered necessary to meet user's needs along with size-free techniques covering web height and flange width.
