Characterization of selenized Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films for high quality Cu2ZnSn(SxSe1-x)4 thin films fabrication by vacuum process

摘要

Cu2ZnSnS4 and Cu2ZnSnSe4,which have an efficiency around 8.3％[1] and 3.2％[2],respectively,are very promising materials for thin film solar cells application.
