The influence of the finite electric conduction on the wave-wave interaction of acoustic and linearly polarized Alfven waves in the thermally unstable plasma is analyzed. The thermally unstable state of the medium is a consequence of the specific dependence of non-adiabatic processes on temperature and density. These specific conditions result in a positive feedback between acoustic perturbations and the active medium and give the possibility for acoustic waves to be amplified. The wave-wave interaction process gives an opportunity for energy transfer from unstable acoustic waves into stable Alfven waves. Using the perturbation theory, we derive reduced systems of equations describing wave-wave interaction processes in the plasma medium. In course of our investigation, we show the possibility of the Alfven wave amplification in the media with finite electric conduction.
