There is no any case regarding the apartment constructed with the modular housing out of domestic apartments, required is the floor structure system to reduce the floor impact sound when constructing the apartments using the modular housing. Accordingly, first identified were floor structure which is structurally stable and can be applied to the modular construction method. The thickness of slab was arranged so that the identified 3 floor structures can be effective to the reduction of floor impact sound and vibration, and finally 3 types of floor topping systems were identified according to the heating methods (wet and dry method). In order to confirm the characteristics of floor impact vibration according to the change resilient materials at the identified 2 types of floor structures using Mock-up.
