摘要

Water sound from river or fountain is normally regarded as a comfortable sound so that it has been commonly using as an interior landscape element. In order to analyze the characteristics of water falling sounds quantitatively, sound generating equipment of water fall was installed and experimented. After surveying relationships among the major parameters and the characteristics of water falling sounds by a jury test, the optimistic generating plans of falling sounds were sought.
