摘要

Based on the thermodynamic and kinectic aspects,the vaccum distillation processes for the separation and recoveryof metals from wastes are analyzed. As to the separation criteria,The separation coefficient and equilibrium composition relationbetween vapor phase and liquid phase are the bases of recoveryof metals by vacuum distillation, The vaporization rates andcondensation mechanisms are also discussed. Someexperimential results which deal with metals-containling wastesare described and the performances of a new kind of horizontalvacuum furnace are introduced, which demonstrate that ,vacuum distillation may be a prospective technique forcirculation and regeneration of some non-ferrous metals from industrial wastes.
