摘要

1.3μm λ/4-shifted DFB-LDs have been developed for 2.5Gb/s transmission modules without temperature control. Light output power over 15mW and FMSR more than 45dB have been achieved in the temperature range of-40~85°C. 2.5Gb/s-40km NRZ transmission at 85°C has been successfully demonstrated.
