摘要

The use of oxygen - enriched combustion air as a means of reducing fuel consumption in the glass melting process becomes increasingly attractire. Oxygen enriched air at low concentrations and at modest capacities is beginning to be produced at competitive cost. This paper is an attempt to analyse the economics of membrane method in glass milting process. The results show that a payout period of investment for oxygen enriched air is 2242 hours.
