The Implementation of PSCS Features in a RACE ATM Demonstrator

The specification and standardisation process of UPT/PSCS services and features is continuously ongoing within ETSI and RACE but up to now only a few practical implementations of this new concept have been carried out. The RACE PERCOM project will prototype selected PSCS features in the existing RACE TRIBUNE ATM testbed enabling Personal Mobility and personalisation of services to end-users. Practical experience will be gained in the field of PSCS service elements implementation by the execution of experiments, demonstrations and measurements.
