摘要

Many industrially important dehydrogenation reactions are thermodynamically limited by the formation of H_2 in the catalyst bed, such as dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene. In recent years, considerable attention has focused on combining separation and reaction into one unit to increase conversion of these reactions at existing operating temperature or reduce operating temperature for the same conversion. The permselective inorganic membranes have offered some opportunities.
