摘要

Extrathermodynamic parameter-compensation temperature(Tc) is an important parameter showing the inhrenent chracteristic of a physicochemical process. If the compensation temperatures are differentin two processses, it can be concluded that the intrinsic difference exsits in the two processes[1] . Table 1 presents the compensation temperatures for aromatic hydrocarbonsin revesed- phase chromatography(RPLC) and for some proteins in different chromaiographic systems. It should be pointed out that for aromatic hydrocarbons, the Tc listed in Table 1 is that for all of them. However,for proteins, the Tc shown in Table 1 is for one protein at different temperature ranges. The last column in Table 1 also shows the compensation temperature for all the proteins at all the chromatographic systems.
