The structures of niobium and molybdenum pentafluorides have been investigated by the X-ray diffraction method. We suppose, that molybdenum and niobium pentafluorides have the same structures. Generally, the associates are three-dimensional formations (MeF_5). Distances Me - F_(nb) = 1.82 + 0.02 A, Me - F_b= 2.1 + 0.2 A, Me - Me= 4.2 + 0.1 A.
