This paper describes the structure of DY3000-Q Filterbelt Press, its main parameters, operational principle and the process of its test system. It focuses on investigation of the main factors influencing expression filtration, e.g. the relationship between feeding concentration and productivity; the relationship between Filterbelt speed and productivity and the moisture content of the filtercake, etc, and a comparison is Conducted with internal rotary-drum vacuum filter. Test results show that the main technical indices of DY3000-Q Filterbelt Press for the sludge dewatering of revolving furnace are all better than the conventional internal rotary-drum vacuum filter.
