摘要

With the development of the industry of aeronautics and astronautics, more and more difficult - to - cut materials are used in such fields as heat-resisting alloy, titanium alloy, and composite materials etc. Now cutting tools have been developedremarkably,and cutting technology for these kinds of materials have been studied for many years, because of these reason, some of these difficult-to-cut materials have changed to be cut easily than before. But some new structure such as carbon fiberreinforced plastics ( CFPR) / titanium alloy( tc4) stacked structure is still difficult to cut. This paper gives several types of drills used for drilling CFRP/TC4 stacked structure. The drilling experiments showed that these kinds of drills are fit tocut CFRP/TC4 stacked structure very much.
