摘要

In our previous work, we presnted an active s olid for ozone decomposition in gas phase. In order to elucidte kinetics of this reaction, experimental study in isothermal conditions with fixed gas-slid bed reactor are conducted at different ozone concentrations, solid gramulometry and operating temperatures. Observed ozone decomposition rate is found to be of first order and the controlling-rate step is an intraparticle diffusion for reactor temperature up to 286 K and a chemical reaction for temperatures below this value. Tow activation energy values are determined in temperature range of 277 to 327 K giving in chemical region: Eo chemical bounds 24, 67 kcal/mol.
