The main objective of the paper is analysis of exergy losses and to establish an arrangement of sources of exergy losses (intrnal and external ones) and to estimate the value of the losses in an industrial ozone production installation. Exergetic model of an industrial installation in a system approach corrsponding to real conditions has been formulated.
