Antireflective coatings used for high-power CO2 laser

摘要

To be useful in high power CO$-2$/ laser systems, both the substrate and the antireflective (AR) coatings should exhibit a high laser induced damage threshold which depends principally on both mechanical and optical properties, especially on optical absorption of materials of the substrates and AR coatings.
