A possibility for controlling tunnel resonance and wave function localization by means of temperature in coupled quantum wells based on a combination of diluted magnetic semiconductors is described. This effect is demonstrated by the example of Cd$- 0.6$/Mn$-0.4$/Te-Cd$-0.27$/Mn$-0.73$/Te structure, for which numerical calculation of spectrum and wave functions is made. Possibilities of the experimental observation of the effect are discussed.
