This paper describes a training programme developed by Wits University, for a large mobile operator company which is committed to the development of its in-house employees to become future leaders in the company. Most of these employees are under the age of 30 years and would be described as "Generation Y" category people. The paper covers some of the challenges of doing in-house technical and business training to such employees.
